Precautions - Pet Heating Pad:

• Before using our product, please read the instructions below.
• Unplug the heating pad when not in use.
• DO NOT IMMERSE THE PAD IN WATER.
• Do not use if any visible damage is apparent (cracks, tears, or blistering).
• Immediately turn off and unplug the pet heating pad if it overheats or emits a charred smell.
• Do not make any modifications to the plug, wires, or heating element.
• Avoid using another electronic heating device in conjunction with your heating pad.
• Only use the heating pad in conjunction with a pet bed; do not cover it with other materials.
• Do not use the cord as a handle.
• Avoid puncturing or using sharp objects to secure the pad in place.

How to Use:

• Ensure the heating pad is plugged into a safety-tested electric outlet.
• To turn on the pad, plug it in. It will operate at a medium temperature range (35°C / 95°F to 45°C / 113°F).
• To turn it off, unplug the pad.
• Cleaning: Ensure your hands are dry before reassembling the unit. Clean the pad with a damp cloth or sponge; do not use cleaners or chemicals.
• Storage: After cleaning, store the heating mat in a dry, safe, clean, and cool place.

Pre-Operating Instructions:

• When removing the unit from the package, inspect it for any shipping damage. Contact your shipper and dealer immediately if you notice any signs of mishandling.

Temperature Controller and Timer:

• After plugging it in, all the indicators will remain on for one second and then turn off.
• Briefly press the power button, and L5 (default temperature level) will display on the screen.
• To adjust your desired temperature, press the temperature button to set it. Temperature levels are adjustable from L1 (lowest) to L6 (highest), with the default being L5.
• Adjust the timer by pressing the timer button. Timing settings are adjustable in increments of 2 hours, ranging from 02H to 24H.
• You can power off the unit during use by pressing the power button.
• The load power varies according to the temperature levels
