Installation Steps
NOTE: The package includes ONLY 1 heating element. Each story is compatible with a heating element for your convenience. If you need more, please purchase additional heating pads separately from Clawsable.
Precautions for Pet Heating Pad
- Unplug it when not in use.
- DO NOT FOLD during use.
- DO NOT use if any visible damage is apparent (e.g., cracks, tears, or blistering).
- The pet heating pad must be immediately turned off and unplugged if overheating or a charred smell is detected.
- DO NOT make any modifications to the plug, wires, or heating element.

Warranty
Warranty Coverage
1.1 Clawsable guarantees that all pet products sold by the company are free from manufacturing defects or material defects under normal use.
1.2 This warranty policy is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Period
2.1 The warranty period for the product begins from the date of purchase and lasts for one year.
2.2 During the warranty period, if the product has manufacturing defects or material defects, Clawsable will be responsible for repairing, replacing the product, or providing a refund, depending on the specific circumstances.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
3.1 Damage caused by misuse or improper use is not covered by the warranty.
3.2 Damage resulting from natural disasters, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs is not covered by the warranty.
3.3 Clawsable reserves the right to reject warranty claims if, upon reasonable inspection, it is determined that the product does not have manufacturing defects or material defects.
Warranty Procedure
4.1 To apply for warranty service, please contact our customer service team and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Product name and model
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos as evidence (if applicable)
4.2 Upon receiving your request, we will conduct a thorough inspection. If manufacturing defects or material defects are found, we will be responsible for repairing, replacing the product, or providing a refund.
4.3 If it is determined upon inspection that the product does not have manufacturing defects or material defects, Clawsable reserves the right to reject the warranty claim and not provide a refund.
