We have a couple of these for our outdoor feral cats. One cat won't get in it, the other will. It does keep the cat warm but in the winter but when it's really cold we add a heated disc under the pad to keep it even warmer. The camera works very well too. The only thing I don't like is the hood over the entry. I wish that was completely removable.

Assembly was easy without instructions :). Customer service is not great as I could not get to talk to someone before purchasing. I was wanting to know more about the cameras. I am glad the additional cameras were out of stock as you need to pay a monthly subscription fee to make good use of the camera. I can take live shots ,but if you want to know what happened 1 minute ago with motion you need the subscription service for that. I understand the subscription fee, but with everything a fee now days, I think I will opt to use my ring camera as an additional camera will not cost me additional fee.

The plastic entry door flap is crumpled a bit and stiff. I hope the stray will finally try to get past it. It would be nice if you could remove the canopy over the door to get them used to it more quickly. But top is sewed on and not removable :( It would be nice if the canopy and door were removable.

Also I bought the camo as it has a more scratch proof material. I am keeping it under a patio awning so rain is not an issue for me, But on this one it appears they include a sheet of plastic to cover the unit to make it weather proof. To me that is fine, but I dont think this is rain proof unless you cover it with the sheet of plastic.

My main complaints were not being able to get to talk / chat with customer service. I bought as I figured it would meet most my needs, but I probably would have purchased differently had I known what after receiving.

Camera was very easy to connect to my wifi, but as I say if you are not watching live, your going to miss what was there unless you subscribe for the monthly fee. I would not have wasted money on camera.

Unfortunately the outdoor stray that we feed (and got spayed) will not use. It looks great but very upsetting she doesn’t use it.

The house was very easy to assemble and seems to be very sturdy but most importantly the cat likes it, I didn't use the divider and put in a larger heating pad from another house. I really like the entrance cover I'm sure it will keep the inside nice and dry.
