[User Guide]2025 Classic Box Cat House – Large

The heating pad is to be plugged in outside but doesn’t have a 3 prong plug?

Nice to see that all of your customers questions are being answered!! Jeez – come on! Customer Service is a HUGE part of any purchase!! I for one would love to see a guide of some sort on the best places to setup these houses? Any particular direction? North, South, East or West.
What helpful hints to get our strays into the houses, etc etc

Can I leave the heating pad plugged in all the time? Can I place a small thin blanket or towel over the heating pad.

Can straw be used for extra insulation in the winter?
