What is TNR? Why is it the key to solving the problem of stray cats?
What is TNR?
TNR is a relatively humane and effective method to reasonably control the number of stray cats in the community, which refers to a series of rescue programs [Trap - Neuter - Return], and in some cases, it is also called TVNR [Trap - Vaccinate - Neuter - Return].
What are the benefits of TNR?
1. Without the need for euthanasia, the cat population can be reasonably controlled, taking into account the welfare of cats and humans, and stabilizing the harmonious relationship between cats and humans in the community.
2. Neutered cats become relatively neutral in character, reducing fighting to some extent

3. Environmental hygiene pollution caused by urine marking and other reasons is reduced.
4. The rodent population is suppressed, reducing the risk of disease transmission.
5. Quarrels and grievances among residents are reduced, and the safety and welfare of the existing cat population is guaranteed Reduction of cat deaths due to reproductive system pathologies.

TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) is a humane way to manage stray cats, controlling the number of stray cats and improving their quality of life through scientific means while reducing the negative impact on the ecological environment. It is different from the traditional “Trap-Neuter-Return” model but focuses on de-sexing to solve the problem of uncontrolled breeding of stray cats from the root.
