Incredible cat house. I have waited so long and I got this one on such a good deal, it's great for my outdoor friends!! They love it. I live in Northwestern Ontario and it gets pretty cold at night, recently it went down the -24°C and that was actually not that bad. The cord for the heated mat is so heavy duty it looks like a block heater cord for a vehicle! Love that quality. I will definetly be buying another one next year, or even sooner than that. Also note it looks way better than a makeshift house with the Rubbermaid totes!! Worth the money. I'm so cheap and I even caved & bought one :)

Very happy with this heated pad. My cat loves to be outside and this provides him with some warmth even when its 15 degrees F in the garden igloo. I try to get him inside but sometimes he just ignores me. He is a cat after all.

This House Is a Must Have!
I bought two of these because I liked the first one so much! My two outside cats that showed up last year spent their first winter in these and they love them! They're both feral and it didn't take long at all for them to acclimate to the houses. I used treats to entice them and when they figured out it was a safe, warm spot they made themselves right at home. I highly recommend the Ultra Therm house. It's been completely waterproof in our especially harsh winter and the heating pads work wonderfully! I did add a camera to both houses and they are a great addition so I can see all activity inside the house and know when the cats are home waiting to eat. Don't hesitate to purchase, you won't regret it!
