Great quality!

Bought this for a cat that comes around that we've been feeding. We're not sure if he's a stray or a house cat that gets let out. He's definitely not starving - he's a big boy - but he definitely comes for the food. He won't get close to us. Either way, he's out in the wee hours and it gets cold here in the mitten state. Wanted somewhere for him to get out of the cold if he wants to. We've put the Cat House out in a sheltered corner behind our deck. His appearances are very random, so just waiting for him to show up and lead him to it with his food dish, which we usually put near our bird feeding area. Hopefully, he'll figure out what the Cat House is as it's very sturdy and we love that it's waterproof. We always have an old enclosed litter box with straw in it out in the woodsy area behind our bird feeders for any animal that may need it, but really hoping this guy will take advantage of this more luxurious option. :)

Great product!

It was my second purchase from Clawsable. I’m happy with the quality. Both houses are sturdy, made really well. They are easy to assemble. My kitties didn’t want to use it at first. But when the temperatures dropped significantly (we are in Texas, so our winters aren’t that cold), the friendlier kitty began to get in. For some reason they didn’t want to sleep there together (though I got a large size), so I had to buy the second one. I used catnip at first, but I didn’t even need it for the second house. They got inside right away. It doesn’t even bother them that there’s no second door. They still love it.
I’m glad I made the purchase. I don’t worry about cats getting cold in the winter.

Clausable heated outdoor pet house

This house is made well, I like the fact that is stands off the ground, The only problem I am having is the cats will not use it???? I tried it outside for a feral cat and left it plugged in and they did not use it, So I took it back In for my cat to try to get her to use it inside In our family room where we the heat lower then the rest if the house. She will not go in either., Tried putting food inside to entice her to no avail? Any suggestions? She seems afraid of it,

Fantastic Product

It's been a year, and our heated version of the medium house is still working fine...and Frankie (outdoor friend that adopted us) continues to love it! It's his cold weather hide, good even when temps are below freezing ...rarely spends time inside it during the warmer / hot months, but frequently sits on the roof (we added a random outdoor cushion).

Ours sits on a covered outdoor porch, so there's no issue with driving rain coming in through the entrance / exit flap....otherwise, the house is waterproof.

Great for any cat, but we'll be moving Frankie into a permanent people - share home in the near future.

The house takes just 5 min. to set up. You'll love it, your cat will love it.
