[User Guide]2025 Tall Classic Box Cat House – Small

I purchased the 13 × 17 × 18 cat house with a heated pad it doesn’t indicate what voltage or watts it is. I wanted the unit self-contained so I bought a power station and the battery runs out quickly. I’m not sure if I need a DC option. Or if this pad is 12 V looking for more information on the pad.

If I don’t use the pad, does the insulation of the house keep the inside temp warmer than the outside air?

Also, I couldn’t pull the sides up enough to wrap the velcro over the rods. I pushed and pulled! Will the structure stay up without doing this?
