Purchasing a clearance item implies acceptance of this policy. These items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges due to:

Personal preference or change of mind.

Sizing or color choice.

Actual experience dissatisfaction.

2. 14-Day Limited Claim Window
While clearance items are sold "As-Is," we still protect you against arrival damage.

Defects/Damage: Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Claims after this window will be denied.

Procedure: Email service@clawsable.com with evidence within the 14-day window.

Resolution: We will provide a replacement if stock allows. If the item is sold out, a refund will be issued.

No Standard Warranty: Clearance products are not covered by our standard 1-year warranty.

No Price Matches: We do not offer price difference refunds for clearance items if the price drops further.

Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to inventory fluctuations, if an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will issue a full refund immediately.

Please allow for slightly longer processing times during major clearance events.

No Cash Value: Free gifts are provided as-is and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or other products.
