Warranty Policy

Clawsable guarantees that all pet products sold by the company are free from manufacturing defects or material defects under normal use.
This warranty policy is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

1. Warranty Period The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and lasts for one year (365 days).

2. Warranty Solutions (Priority-Based) If a manufacturing defect is verified, Clawsable will resolve the issue through the following steps:

Step 1: Replacement Parts (Priority Solution). If the issue is caused by a specific component (e.g., heating pad, power adapter, or removable cover), we will only send a replacement part and provide guidance.

Step 2: Full Product Replacement. If the main structure is defective and cannot be resolved by replacement parts, we will ship a new replacement product.

Step 3: Pro-rated Refund. If the item is out of stock, we may provide a refund proportional to the remaining warranty period.

3. Exclusions from Coverage

Animal Damage: Damage caused by pets (e.g., chewing, scratching, tearing, or urination) is strictly not covered.

Misuse: Damage from natural disasters, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Normal Wear: Fading of fabric or natural degradation over time.

Final Inspection: Clawsable reserves the right to reject claims if inspection determines the issue is not a manufacturing defect.

4. Limitation of Liability Clawsable is not liable for indirect losses resulting from product defects. Our liability is limited to providing parts, a replacement, or a refund not exceeding the original purchase amount.
